California record counts as files
These three files are this site's own counts over its own records of three California sources: PAGA notices, contractor workers' comp policy expirations, and new ABC license applications. Each file holds aggregate counts only, no row level records, and all three are rebuilt every Monday. Each file is dated by the day its contents last changed, so a file that did not change keeps its earlier date.
